SHIPPING & TRACKING

How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Standard delivery takes 6–10 business days. We need 1–2 business days to process and carefully pack your order, after which transit takes 5–8 business days depending on your location.

How can I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can also check your order status anytime on our Track Your Order page.

How do I contact customer service?
You can reach us through our Contact Us page or by email at info@moretti-jewelry.com. We aim to reply within 24 hours, Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

What is your return policy?
You can return items within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, and you'll need to use your own return label. For full details, see our Refund & Return Policy.

How do I start a return or exchange?
Send us an email with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll reply with the next steps and the return address.

When will I receive my refund?
Once we've received and inspected your return, your refund is processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as it's done.

PAYMENTS

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept American Express, Mastercard, Visa, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments.

Is it safe to shop on your website?
Yes. Our checkout is protected with SSL encryption, and we never store your card details on our servers.

OTHER QUESTIONS

I didn't receive an order confirmation email. What should I do?
First check your spam or junk folder. If it's not there, email us with your name and order details and we'll resend it.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Changes may still be possible if your order hasn't been processed or shipped yet. Contact us with your order number as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be changed or cancelled.
