Return & Refund Policy
At Moretti, we want every purchase to feel right. If something isn’t quite what you expected, we’re here to sort it out quickly and easily.
Return Period
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unworn and in their original condition
- Show no signs of wear, alteration or damage
- Be sent back in their original packaging with all included parts
Eligible Returns
We accept returns when:
- You’ve changed your mind and no longer want the item
- You’d prefer a different variation (such as size, style or color)
- You received the wrong item
- Your product arrived damaged or defective
We can’t accept items that have been worn, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without their original packaging or parts.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at info@moretti-jewelry.com
- Include your order number and the reason for your return
- Our support team will reply with the return address and instructions
- Pack the item carefully in its original packaging
- Send it with the shipping carrier of your choice
Please don’t send a return without contacting us first, as we may not be able to process it.
Returns are usually processed within 5–7 business days after we receive them.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are normally paid by the customer.
If you received a wrong or defective item, we’ll provide a prepaid return label.
We don’t charge restocking fees. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to send your return.
Refunds
Once your returned item has arrived and been inspected, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
Refunds go back to your original payment method in USD (United States Dollars).
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund is complete.
Depending on availability, you can also choose an exchange or store credit instead of a refund.
Exchanges
Want a different variation, such as another style or color? We’re happy to help, subject to availability.
Email us at info@moretti-jewelry.com within the 30-day return period to arrange an exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
We can’t accept returns for:
- Items sent back after the 30-day return window
- Products that have been worn or altered
- Items that are no longer in their original condition
- Products returned without their original packaging or included parts
