At Moretti, we work to get your order processed and delivered quickly and reliably. Here’s everything you need to know about how we ship.
Delivery Areas
We currently ship within the United States only.
Orders from outside the United States can’t be placed through our store at this time.
Shipping Method
Every order ships with trusted carriers such as USPS or UPS, for reliable, cost-effective delivery nationwide.
Sometimes we may use another carrier that offers comparable service.
Shipping Costs
Standard shipping is free on all orders within the United States.
Delivery Timeframes
Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed before 10:00 PM Eastern Time are processed the same business day.
Orders placed after that are processed the next business day.
Processing Time (Handling): 1 to 2 Business Days
We prepare orders within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).
This covers order confirmation, packaging and getting your order ready to ship.
Shipping Time (Transit): 5 to 8 Business Days
Once your order ships, delivery usually takes 5–8 business days (Monday–Friday).
Exact timing can vary by location and carrier.
Estimated Total Delivery Time: 6 to 10 Business Days
Total delivery time is the processing time plus the transit time.
Most orders arrive within 6–10 business days of being placed.
Undeliverable or Unclaimed Packages
If a package can’t be delivered because of incorrect address details, or isn’t picked up from a designated pick-up location, any extra shipping or return costs may be charged to the customer.
Shipping Delays
We do our best to deliver every order within the estimated timeframe, but delays can sometimes happen for reasons beyond our control, such as weather or carrier disruptions.
If your order is delayed, we’ll let you know as soon as possible and help resolve it.
